At noon during lunch we witnessed the first wood duck cutch (7) coming
across the dike of our middle pond from the lower pond. Where these were
hatched we have no idea since the lower pond doesn't have a single box on
it. It could be from a lower nesting area on the East Fork of Dry Creek.
This is a repeat of last years first clutch.
