Sarvey will pick up animals. I believe they have some designated pick up points in Seattle such as at 24 hour animal emergency clinics. You could call them and see if they have any that are close to you.

I found a battered Flicker in my yard in South Seattle. It is now resting in a cat carrying cage. Where, near Southeast Seattle can I take it, or do I have to go to PAWS in Lynwood?
