Subject: [Tweeters] eve grosbeak mortalities

Over the past five or six months I have encountered several dead grosbeaks
on my property. They usually come to my feeders in flocks during the winter
months, and a few are still hanging around. At first I thought perhaps the
mortalities were normal winter die-offs, but just last week I found a
beautiful adult male. I did not notice any visible injuries or signs of
disease on any of the birds. Has anyone else seen this?
