Subject: [Tweeters] Bremerton Peregrines

Bud Anderson very kindly informed me that the Bremerton male PEREGRINE
FALCON I've been referring to as "Warren" is actually known as "C-Y" or
"Junior." Bud banded him at WaMu in 1995. Quoting from Bud's email, "He
was the first eyass and the first male that Bell produced (and the only one
of four eggs to fledge that year) and is somewhat legendary among the
Seattle peregrine people as he is still alive from the early era. He is
also a favorite bird for many ... He is a very important part of Seattle
peregrine history."

My apologies to anyone I've confused/misinformed, and thanks to Bud for
setting me straight!

Good birding,
Mary
