Is anyone locally color-banding White-crowned Sparrows (WCSP)? I saw a pair of birds at Steven's Court at the UW (near corner of Brooklyn & Pacific Streets), and one of the birds had red over grey on the left leg and a silver band on the right. I couldn't locate any other bands, but it was with naked eye. Anybody?
