An Eastern Kingbird made a brief visit to my backyard in West Seattle
yesterday. Since I've seen these birds often in Kansas and Eastern WA, I
knew the bird, but was really surprised to see it here. It didn't stay
long. After landing in my fir tree and staying long enough for a good look,
it flew east (of course!) ....let me know if anyone else has seen one in
Seattle.
