Tweeters,
A very nice weekend at Roy (Sunday was spectacular), with one new
species, Wilson's Warbler, making both the annual and site-to-date
lists. Many more Yellow Warblers were in the area, and two
Golden-crowned Sparrows lingered on. All the nestboxes now appear to
have Tree Swallow tenants. The peacock strolled in during our late
afternoon drink on Sunday, but didn't appear to like the fact that we
were having that libation on the back deck, and moved quickly off the
property to the north.

It appears that both Chipping and Savannah Sparrows will breed on the
property (lots of activity from these two species).
