Hello all,
On our walk around Bennington Lake this morning we (Ginger Shoemake,
Priscilla Dauble and I) were continuously serenaded by Yellow Warblers. The
chats, buntings, wrens, pewees and swallows all added their song. Eastern
Kingbirds were back at their territories for #205 and totally unexpected was
a Sage Thrasher in the parking lot for #206 for Walla Walla county year
list. Maybe the thrasher thought the russian olives were sage from the air -
they are about the same color! VERY warm here today in eastern WA.
