Yesterday there was a single male Blue-winged Teal on the Snoqualmie
sewage pond.

Tomorrow I leave for a twenty day adventure as a substitute wildlife
biologist on the outer Aleutians. It should give a much needed boost
to my NA list. Brother Mike says he has a Smew family staked out.
