I was up there this afternoon, and can tell you that the nest contains 3
very healthy looking and active chicks. They are about 15 days old. The nest
is to the right of last year's location, which it sounds like you were
looking at. Look for the whitewash to the right and a little higher up.

Hopefully, there will be a volunteer out there this weekend with a scope.
There are several volunteers who are stationed there giving tourists a
chance to see the nest.

Also, check the rock cliffs on the same side as the observation platform
downriver. There is a rock covered with feathers clearly visible.
Apparently, this is the "plucking rock" for the parents.

Last Saturday afternoon a group of us stopped at Snoqualmie Falls, hoping to
see the Peregrine Falcons from the observation deck. We saw evidence of a
nest but no birds. I'm going back this weekend and would appreciate
information about the status of the nest. Thanks.
