Jan and Tweets,

I maintain a bluebird trail in the area you mention, but my houses
are all in good shape and checked frequently. My trail starts on W.
Ballard Road just before the Swauk Cemetery and continues on Ley Road
and E. Ballard Road. There are other houses here and there all around
this area. I suppose remnants of earlier trails. We have often
repaired some of the older houses. I have no idea who established the
other boxes. Anyway, mine are fine and have bluebirds, swallows,
chipmunks, etc. (mostly bluebirds).

Cheers, Diann
