Hello Tweeters.

Yesterday I saw a bird in the branch next to my window.. Yellow head, pale
gray body. (smooth even color) without alot of markings, besides a reddish
brown bar on its shoulder, not unlike a redwing black bird has.
Its head was strikingly yellow, it did not cover its head all the way down
its neck in the back, but covered the front.
It looked like a Hermet Warbler, (via the picture in Sibleys) but did not
have the darker gray or the white stripes on its wings.
It was smaller than a warbler as well. it made a high pitched weeee sound..
Then it sat on my Hummingbird feeder and sipped... Ate an ant or two.
As I was setting the camera the battery died. (of course) Saw it for a
second again this morning as I walked into the room, but it flitted away before I
could capture it.
Hopefully I will be able to get a picture for you, and someone can tell me
what it was..
