Coming up on BirdNote, the week of May 29: for Memorial Day, a
tribute to the Passenger Pigeon; Tuesday, the Canyon Wren;
Wednesday, bird song ID; Thursday, we correct an earlier error
about birds' flight; and Friday, Keep Your Cats Indoors 2006.

BirdNote is a radio series, two minutes per episode, which you
can listen to or read on the web site, http://www.BirdNote.org.
(Also available as a podcast.) Some of the shows are specific to
the damp Spring of the Pacific Northwest, but many are of general
interest. Each is complemented by a stunning photograph. All
episodes are in the archives, both as a written transcript and in
MP3 format.
