Hi Tweets...A Crested Caracara was seen on Sunday afternoon, May 28th by a
Rayonier employee, Bob Moody, on Hwy 12 north of Oakville and about 1/2 mile
south of the "C" line (forester's term) near Porter in Grays Harbor County.
It was feeding on a road kill racoon and was "sharing" it with a turkey
vulture.

Bob brought in photos to show to Rayonier's wildlife biologist, Dan Varland,
who positively ID'd it. He called me to post it here and sent two photos.

I will share those with anyone who contacts me offline.
