I found a Western Kingbird near Enumclaw at 10 am on Wednesday 5/31. The bird was on 284th SE, about .6 of a mile north of 416th. This road leads to Nolte State Park (known locally as Deep Lake), is also known as Farman Street (in town) and Veazie-Cumberland Road. The bird was working the fence lines on the west side of 284th SE. The area is heavily posted no trespassing.
