I had a Great Blue Heron visit me in Wedgewood last Saturday, and thought I
heard a hummer harassing it. Going out later I found a female Anna's
hanging around the yard.

I do, October through February is the busiest time for me at my
feeder, they rarely partake of the juice in summer. I've seen at least
two recently, a juv and an adult male, maybe two juvs but I can't be
sure. I've also seen them at the Ballard Locks and Golden Gardens Park
all winter long in past years.
