As far as I know it is a county first. I can recall at least two other Puget Sound area records, one near Samish Island and the other near Stanwood. Most, of course, are from the outer coast.

The King Co. list I'm referencing (it may not be the latest) does not show Tropical Kingbird as having been seen before. Does anyone know if there has been a previous recorded sighting? Otherwise this is a King County first. Neat!
