At about 11 a.m. on Nov. 17 in Port Angeles, while biking along outer Ediz Hook, three Brown Pelicans flew over me heading west above the rock revetments. Don't think I've ever seen them here this late, and just noted other sightings in Tweeters about then farther east in Puget Sound. I biked out there again today, and no pelicans, but six Bonapartes Gulls working just off the outer shoreline.
