We still have Mourning Doves in our yard, but the numbers are down to 2 or 3. In the warmer weather we have had as many as a dozen. The numbers seem to be slowly increasing.

I had a mourning dove in my yard yesterday afternoon. My son had told me he saw a pair of them back in June - but I didn't really believe him.

It was the first one I've ever seen in living in the NW for 40+ yrs.

A neighbor mentioned that he saw a single mourning dove in his yard a couple of days ago.
