Marvin Cooper and I enjoyed a great day up at Stanwood today. Highlights were 2 juvenile Sharp-tailed Sandpipers, 1 Stilt Sandpiper and 1 adult Short-billed Dowitcher all seen at the Sewage ponds.
On Norman road (about 1/4 mile south of where it meets Marine Drive)in a large flock of Brewer's Blackbirds was 1 Female Rusty Blackbird. Also seen in the same vicinity was an Osprey.
