I have a birder friend coming to town who is in a wheelchair. We live in the Belfair/Bremerton area and would love it if anyone could point out any great handicapped accessable viewing spots with good chances of getting some sightings of shorebirds without the aid of a spotting scope (he can hold binoculars but has a hard time maneuvering a spotting scope). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
