Hello Tweeters,

Last week yielded several nice sightings. A flock of eight Turkey Vultures meandered by overhead on Wednesday. Then on Friday, another equally intriguing find, I heard a few song phrases of a late Pacific-slope Flycatcher off in the trees behind my house that afternoon. Both species were new to the yardlist.
Secondly, there have been good numbers of migrants coming through my area. I've seen (and heard) lots of American Goldfinches, huge flocks of American Robins, Pine Siskin numbers are finally increasing, and the fall's first flock of Red Crossbills flew through this morning at about 10:00am.

Keep looking up!
