This might be the same one which has been appearing in my sister's garden.
She lives in Milton (south of Federal Way).

Subject: [Tweeters] Leucistic Black-capped Chickadee in Federal Way

Yesterday I got a call on the BirdBox from Libby Bucholz, who has been
seeing a leucistic Black-capped Chickadee at her feeders. She lives between
Federal Way and Auburn in King County. These leucistic chickadees have been
showing up in the Seattle area in small numbers off and on for several
years, but this is the first time I have heard of one so far south. I
thought I would mention it in case anyone is keeping track of these birds.

If anyone would like to try to see this bird or talk to Ms. Bucholz about
it, let me know and I will put you in touch with her.
