Dea Armstrong (visiting from Ann Arbor, Mich.) and I saw a Ruff and a
Pacific Golden-Plover at Bottle Beach today. This was at about 10 am,
during the incoming tide. Also present were 5 Marbled Godwits, 4 Greater
Yellowlegs, a Ruddy Turnstone and a Dowitcher sp., along with the far more
numerous Balck-bellied Plovers, Western Sandpipers, Sanderlings and Dunlins.
