Tweeters,

Yesterday my wife and I birded the northern end of the Kitsap peninsula, and
the western edge of the Hood Canal. The fall colors and clear skies made
for a glorious day. The most unusual find was four Egyptian Geese at
Potlatch State Park in Mason County. The birds are obvious escapees and
were associating with some equally tame Canada Geese. These guys were so
tame that they came to the car and ate dead bugs off the front bumper.
