Dear folks

Barb and and I visited the Reifel Reserve in Delta BC on Oct 20 from noon to 2 PM. We saw

Mallards (about 10,712 near the entrance)
Cormorants
Black-capped chickadees
Great Blue herons
Gadwalls
Wigeons
Pintails
3 Black- crowned Night Herons - a lifelist bird for us
More mallards (about 3073)

and flying very low overhead going south huge flocks of Snow Geese - quite awesome.
