On Sunday afternoon, the Boeing Ponds had 2 pairs of Eurasian Wigeon with 4
or 5 American Wigeon, a pair of Hooded Merganser, a lone greater yellowlegs,
many Mallards, 2 Buffleheads, a white-fronted goose, perhaps 7 or 8 cackling
geese and at least 20 Canadians. There were also a few yellow-rumps around
the willows on the south side and both Fox and Lincoln sparrows popping out
of the invasives.
