Hi Tweets:

I received another email report from my husband on the
Scripps FLIP boat anchored 40 miles west of San Diego. They
had 5 Burrowing Owls spend the night with them a few nights
ago!! Greg's latest theory is that if they are heading
south, perhaps the overwater route is shorter and there are
enough small islands (and boats) to make that route
worthwhile??????
