I'm looking for a copy of the ABA Birder's Field Notebook Manual. Does
anyone have a copy to sell or know where I can purchase a copy?

The Seattle Audubon Society Nature Shop recently sold their last copy and
the ABA on-line store indicates that the manual is no longer available.
