On Monday my wife, Sylvia Mouer, observed and photographed a gorgeous
-and apparently very unique - Albino Norther Flicker in our front yard
here in Lacey. One of the many fine photographs appeared in Wednesday's
Olympian newspaper. The bird is almost pure white with pink highlights.
We have since spotted him/her three more times since then.
