I will be driving between Anchorage and Homer next weekend while attending a Planned Parenthood conference in Anchorage. Does anyone have suggestions for good birding sites in these areas at that time of year?

I need many of the Alaska specialties, including Red-faced Cormorant, Steller's Eider, Spruce Grouse, Willow Ptarmigan, Rock Ptarmigan, Bar-tailed Godwit, Aleutian Tern, Kittlitz's Murrelet, Northern Hawk-Owl, and Boreal Owl.
