Birders,

We have received a report of a bird believed to be a BRISTLE-THIGHED CURLEW
on the Boundary Bay shoreline in Delta, east of the foot of 64th
Street but west of 72nd. The bird was apparently seen this morning
about 9 AM by Peter Davidson as he was carrying out a bird survey
along the shoreline.

I don't have any further details, but hopefully they will be included the
next
time the Vancouver RBA is updated. There are only a couple of
generally-accepted previous records of BRISTLE-THIGHED CURLEW
for BC, and very few for Washington and Oregon.
