The Ruff was seen by two different birders in two
different spots before 10am. I got there a bit after
10.

The Ruff was seen again by three birders from the
blind at about 1pm, but at the time I was on the S
side3 of Rest Lake.

I never saw the Ruff.

The 2 oddest birds I saw were within 10 feet of each
other:
1) A one legged Least sandpiper
2) A one legged Long Billed Dowitcher
