4 Sharp-shinned Hawks
5 Red-tailed Hawks
1 Golden Eagle
1 Merlin
2 American Kestrels
1 Prairie Falcon
5 "Blue" Grouse
10 Gray Jays
80 Horned Larks (several flocks of 10-25)
25 Mountain Chickadees
8 American Robins
5 Varied Thrushes
1 Hermit Thrush
120 American Pipits (flocks to 25 + many singles)
15 Yellow-rumped Warblers
1 Chipping Sparrow
4 Golden-crowned Sparrows
numerous White-crowned
2 slate-colored Fox Sparrows
numerous Dark-eyed Juncos
6 Gray-crowned Rosy Finches (shoulder of Kitling Peak)
1 White-winged Crossbill (expected here?)

rocky area at ~7000 ft on shoulder of Kitling where
Pipits and Horned Larks were concentrated -

10:30-2:30 9/23 Not much going on compared to Easy Pass -

single tight flock of 50 Varied Thrushes
1 Townsend's Solitaire
