Good numbers of Common Terns continue in Edmonds, concentrated around
the dive park buoys just north of the ferry dock. I counted
approximately 50 at 2 p.m. today. Four Parasitic Jaegers were in hot
pursuit, sometimes grabbing the prize as a tern would drop a fish and
the jaeger would catch it mid-air. Sunset Avenue, just above
Brackett's Landing is a good place to set up a scope to watch the
action as you look down on the area and get a good over-view.
