Last night there was a Barred Owl calling in my mothers back yard. She
hadn't heard it before and didn't know what it was until it made its famous
"who cooks for you" call after various others. They have lived there for 13
years and this is the first time I have heard them there. They also have
Great Horned and sometimes you can hear a Screech. I hope this guy was just
passing through and doesn't displace the others. Has anyone else seedn/heard
them in the Renton Highlands before?
