Hi Tweeters,

I also saw Killdeer on eggs Tuesday evening in the
Montlake fill area. It is such an already disturbed
area I don't want to give specific location but I will
say it was in a wood chipped area. When a crow flew
over the Killdeer moved off the eggs and they really
stood out against the wood chips, the eggs blend in
much better with rock. Don't know if this nest will
make it or not because of the lack of camoflage for
the eggs.
