Tim and tweeters,

I am still hearing several Fox Sparrows singing regularly in my neighborhood along Scatter Creek. I wouldn't be surprised if they linger into May. Varied Thrush seem less in evidence here than a week ago.

Subject: [Tweeters] RFI: Late dates for Fox Sparrow and Varied Thrush

Hi Tweets,

Just wondering if mid-April is considered late for Fox Sparrow and Varied Thrush in the lowlands? I have at least one singing Fox Sparrow in my neighborhood and several Varied Thrush singing away. I know the Fox Sparrow song is new to me since I don't think I have ever heard it before in the spring. Is anyone else still seeing/hearing these two in the lowlands?
