Yes, this is a CALLIOPE HUMMINGBIRD. Calliopes should appear
much smaller than any Anna's that you're likely to see. Note
that the tail is short and fairly square looking. There is a
bright white space on the breast between the gorget and the
belly and all that white in the face above the gorget.
