Dear Tweeters,

If any Tweeter would like to try ID-ing a small raptor
from three rather poor photos, I would love to send
them to you. A student showed me the photos today, but
I can't quite decide what the bird is. It was seen
"eating a rat" in Mount Vernon, Washington sometime
last week.
