I'm in Seattle, and have a friend coming here from London this
upcoming weekend. He and I will give a lecture (he is an authority on
Labyrinths and mazes) on Friday night the 27th. Then his wife and I
will lead a workshop all day on Saturday. He would love to go birding
on Saturday, and will come with his binoculars. He really knows his
English isles birds, and is eager to see some of ours. I'm hoping
someone might interested in spending the day with him.He will not have
a car.
I'm sure he would love to go to Gre's' Harbor, if anyone is going
Saturday morning, or go to birding spots here in Seattle. He is really
fun, fairly quiet, with a good sense of humor and quite a Cockney-type
accent. He would be easy and pleasant company. They will be staying
with me in Fremont, and I can get him somewhere early in the morning,
as long as I am back by 9am. I will, of course, reimburse any expenses.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Appreciatively,
Marla
