No luck Sunday from 11:00am-1:15pm.

Beautiful day. Met and spoke with a nice neighbor who gave me a cookie.
Talked cameras and lenses a bit. Met the son of the house on his lunch
break. Made friends with the dog of the house. Hung around for a while.
No Sapsucker in the vicinity during my stakeout. On the way out, met the
kind owners/birders/ "Sappie" sharers on their way in and saw a picture they
printed out.

They didn't see the bird when they were home earlier this morning and say
the bird hasn't been around as much over the last couple of days. Maybe
early/mid morning and late afternoon are the best bets according to the home
owner, speculating that the bird may be spending more time tending more
productive holes its made elsewhere.
