I carry two binoculars, digital SLR, two lenses, iPod, and computer in one bag as carryon. It's a bit heavy, but no problem other than a couple of times they have run it a second time through the scanner.

Today, I had the first black headed grosbeaks of the year and a first ever Western Tanager.

In Vancouver, WA
