This morning I saw a Western Kingbird on the beach south of the Point No
Point lighthouse. Fifty-one Stellers Jays also flew out to the point before
retreating back into the trees south of the point. I believe this is the highest
number of jays I have ever seen migrating through this area. I also had 2
Western Kingbirds in my yard for an hour before sunset.
