Thanks to everyone who responded to my request for a field guide and
coffee-table book on the birds of Thailand and SE Asia.

It appears, from reviews and availability, that the field guide of
choice is Craig Robson's "Field Guide to the Birds of Thailand." All
responders had that one on the list!

The coffee-table book is still up in the air, and I may have to go with
a more general book on SE Asia.
