At the margin of Willapa Bay a few miles south of Nachotta on August 31:

2 low flying Black Swifts .

1 Long-billed Curlew briefly joined a high tide flock of Short-billed
Dowitchers, Greater Yellowlegs, Semipalmated Plovers, and Western
Sandpipers.
