Hello All,
This evening MerryLynn, Paul Rossi and I birded Bennington Lake and saw the
following species:

Solitary Sandpiper-1 ad.
Greater Yellowlegs-3 ad.
Least Sandpiper-11 ad. & 3 sub-ad. birds
Western Sandpiper-3 ad.
SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER-1 ad. in winter basic. About the 7th record for this
county. Seemed a bit early as most dates are from 10-23 Aug.
Vaux's Swift-20+ birds dipping into lake to get water on the wing.
Black-chinned Hummingbird-ad. female at nest with two young.

Later Mike
