For anyone interested in finding some urban water birds, we will be guiding
a sea kayak tour from the Seacrest Marina on Elliott Bay up the Duwamish
River on Thur. 8/9 from 10:00-1:30. This waterway is primarily industrial,
but has some pockets of restored habitat where we commonly see Osprey and
Peregrines among other species. We will attempt to circumnavigate Harbor
and Kellogg islands. No experience is necessary, the cost is $49/person
minus a 15% discount if you mention Tweeters. Reservations are required:
