Today at Fern Cove on Vashon were two Solitary Sandpipers out on the mudflats and one was seen earlier in the week at Mukai Pond.

A Western Grebe was at Fern Cove and earlier in the week Red-necked Grebes were seen from the ferry and Tramp Harbor.
