I know this may seem radical, but it seems like it may be a good idea to sue
the manufacturers and dealers of these pellets as they are designed to be
littered throughout our green spaces. They could be sued for the lost value
of the land as the difference between what a property might sell for if it
were on the market covered with the litter of these pellets or the cost of
paying people to pick them all up. If there is a loss of wildlife the suit
could include the cost of the lower value of natural areas with less
wildlife. if it makes animals sick it might include the cost of vet bills
to do surgery on every animal that eats the pellets and is unable to expell
them unharmed.
